Rules

• You will only be allowed to submit one ballot per faculty member.
• Please evaluate CS faculty members whom you have taken a class with or know in some other fashion, e.g. undergraduate research.

Criteria

Please evaluate the selected CS faculty member in the following areas on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 means excellent.

• Commitment to undergraduate teaching
• Enthusiasm, i.e. generates interest and excitement in his or her field
• Accessibility to students with problems and questions.
• Flexibility, understanding, and helpfulness to students
• Overall

Note: Selecting 0 for all categories indicates you did not take a class with this professor this academic year.
